  1. This asshole Schlapp would be defending and saying the same thing over and over since his kids won’t be getting murdered by NRA guns

  2. Dear American cousins, Gun control is not a political issue, it's a public safety issue. If your government allowed manufacturers to use lead paint on toys or home appliances you would ban them. In fact you have already banned them. If you allowed car manufacturers to determine whether or not seat belts should be put into cars you would ban them, if fact you already have banned them. What is your problem with banning AR-15s and similar weapons to be bought and used anywhere in your communities? Your so-called "culture war" which perseverates around your 2nd Amendment is turning into a real war where 30,000 of your citizens die each year by guns. That's ten times the number of people who died in North of Ireland during the "Troubles" between 1970 and 1998. You are already at war and you can't see it. You have your own "Troubles" scenario, only it's worse, ten times worse. Sincerely and with sadness, Irish-European.

  3. I say arm the teachers…since the teachers are fucking the students maybe we will have bullets flying from lovers then!! Better yet what if one of the students gets the gun from a teacher? Fuck it just send more 18 year old white kids more guns they'll figure it out!!!

  4. The NRA has ceased being a hunters rights association many moons ago, and became the mouthpiece for gun manufacturers in order to sell more and more guns, not caring about the consequences.

  5. Only a complete fool, could be oblivious to the fact that the NRA has a vested interest in getting any restrictions to the sale and use of firearms in America stopped. This has absolutely nothing with an attack on the Second Amendment.

guns are not a right it is a privilege the right to bear arms is yours but if you are a mentally ill person you should lose that privilege if you a criminal lose that privilege.

  9. Waco 17 children killed Florida shooting 17 killed, $17 million to investigate, video,"I pet goat" 17 in the smoke and a map of Florida and a pushpin on Parkland Florida

  10. I wish Alison would let Matt finish a sentence.
I want to hear what both parties are thinking. She can be quite annoying & condescending. RIP all victims of gun violence 🙏

  11. The perfect answer to school security rests with the NRA, its membership, experience, and available weapons,.
The NRA could establish school immediate security by having members with weapons show up tomorrow for inside and outside school protection. I do not understand the NRA attitude that teachers should be armed. There are to many issues within a school , the class rooms, the grounds to ask teacher to provide school security. The NRA has the membership, training, skills, weapons to do the school security without added expense to a community.

  12. Trump so worried about kneeling players to take away your freedoms. wow this nut job talks about other freedoms it's a ok to try and take other people's rights.
freedom for all … so stfu about any rights.

  13. In Chicago we may have strict gun controls laws but it doesn't matter when our neighboring states have such relaxed gun control laws. People will buy a gun in Indiana and bring it to Chicago. So please, stop using Chicago as a political tool to further your agenda. If politicians cared so much about Chicago, they should stop taking money from social services.

  14. These speeches and statements from the NRA & politicians do nothing but derail everyone. It's intentional! It is a distraction, like 95% of all politics, to ensure we don't realize nothing is happening. IF you make a rabbit hole statement about "…taking away all freedoms…" that creates a huge, unnecessary argument about whether ppl in support of gun regulation want to take away the 2nd amendment. No one has said that but lets make that statement publicly so it can be argued about. Oh and let's argue about guns vs. people and who is really to blame. And let's argue about mass shootings & random acts of violence as compared to inner city, non random crime… In the meantime, literally nothing is happening and we won't even notice because we're busy taking sides on all the debates these folks have started. That's exactly their intention, it's by design…

  15. Some of you libs need to stop drinking the cool aid. there is a reason why cnn ratings have tanked. The NRA is for expanded backround checks. Not one of my firearms has ever fired by itself . Perhaps if the deputies had done their job, this either never would have happened, or the shooter would be dead and more kids would be alive.

  16. Let's talk about the REAL problem:
CHRISTIAN MORALITY NO LONGER EXISTS IN AMERICA.
CHRISTIAN MORALITY is the basis of SELF-GOVERNMENT.
    America was built on SELF-GOVERNMENT.
Responsible possession and use of GUNS is part of and essential to SELF-GOVERNMENT.
Government REGULATION is the opposite of self-government.

Guns don't kill people, in the same way that cars don't kill people, or ropes, etc.
The problem is the USERS of the guns, cars, ropes, etc.
When the USERS of the instruments of violence LACK MORALITY, the harm occurs.
When the USERS of the instruments of violence POSSESS MORALITY, no harm occurs (except to bad people in self-defense situations)

Let's talk FACTS about guns & violent harm:
"More Guns, Less Crime" by John R. Lott is a University of Chicago study based on the largest law enforcement dataset in the world. The book analyzes the STATISTICS involved with GUNS and CRIMES. The statistics prove that them MORE GUNS that people possess, the LESS CRIME that occurs where those people exist (except for unarmed burglaries).
Violent crimes drop across the board where people have guns.
Where guns are lacking, crimes skyrocket, esp. violent crimes.

    Those are the facts.
    CNN is peddling propaganda.

Moreover, to counter the whining of these propaganda artists, take a look at the JPFO.org book showing that every nation on record (since the mid 1800's) that disarms its population ends up committing GENOCIDE against their own people. REMOVE GUNS from a population and you invite GOVERNMENT-INSTITUTED GENOCIDE. That's the fact of history, not my opinion. JPFO.org: "Lethal Laws". READ THE FACTS, then decide for yourself.

    MORE GUNS = LESS CRIME.
Compare that FACT with the propaganda that the mainstream media peddles.
Read the books and analyze the facts for yourself.
    Make-up your own mind.
Don't listen to these high-paid propaganda artists.
They are "bad people", "wolves in sheep's clothing", peddling "the leaven of the Pharisees", etc.

  17. Both parties have their nuts but the difference between the Republicans and the Democrats is that in the Democratic Party, the nuts are usually among the base, doing their own independent nutty things. In the Republican Party though, they fully embrace their nuts so these nuts fill both their base and their top ranks.

  18. Thinking about restricting weapons to people suffering from mental illness would mean that Vets who have mental problems would or should not be able to have gun permits doesn't it.Now that's going to be a minefield.

  19. Matt answer the question. Lapierre was quoted! He spreads divisive horrible rhetoric. The message of hating freedom…he said it

  20. Wow so our gun problem in illinois is the fault of Indiana Ms Camerota? I guess you injested the stupid pill and then left Fox network for Fake news network CNN.The source of the problem is hatred of life itself. Id also take a deep look at our kids in High school especially the young disconnected boys playing violent video games three hours a day. Another item is the disconnect via texting when people dont interact with each other. We used to talk, communicate and have normal off-line relationships where you were not involved with stabbing people in the back with face book or other degrading methods of lowering a persons self worth…What about old school dating where you bring her some flowers and go out and enjoy the evening?..Spread the kindness , go back to church, have dinner every night with your family , text less talk more and start spreading the love to the disconnected yound boys out there youve seen them. Try to reach out to them they need to be a part of the human family and feel loved…….Sorry but for years the Democratic cities have had the greatest crime if your a democrat you should take a look in the mirror theres a problem facts check that my friend.

  21. Alisyn Camerota is such an ignorant fuck, just like fox news, she knows her affiliate is biased as hell but pretends it's not. She used children, or at least they are children when anyone speaks against what they said "oh my god you're attacking children," to push her agenda ignoring the real problem. I don't own a gun, want a gun, but if you take away guns the victims will just get younger and more defenseless. The crazy person with the gun doesn't care which tool they use, they just care about taking as many people down with them as they can. I've never seen a tough looking kindergarten teacher? Think those kids will wrestle away a knife from a grown man? Churches, movie theaters, schools are all defenseless places, nobody is shooting up secure areas. (A military guy once shot people at Ft. Hood but soldiers on base don't carry their weapons, only to gun ranges or when deployed)

  22. Americans love guns more than they love their lives.  It's hard to give a shit about more dead Americans when they're killing themselves.

  23. CNN is so full of shit it's not even funny if you look at countries with the highest gun ownership like switzerland they have the lowest gun crimes in the world and then you look at states with the most relaxed gun laws and they have the lowest gun crimes but then you look at the countries with strictest gun laws and the states with the strictest gun laws the crime rate is through the roof if you don't believe me look it up

  24. we are going to boycott the falsehoods as who is really toxic, when lacking facts to truth, only failure is local state and federal did not want shooter stopped till too late by design. formed by all the political groups from: liberals, leftists, communists, socialists, even democrats this game of lies and using stupidest individuals easiest manipulated  for pure vilest and evil groups. who goal is to force all of the groups I said earlier to be easier targets for the fact 90 to 95 percent of all killers are from the groups pointed out before.

  25. WHY is not there not an immediate response that we really need to address violence and killing, in which guns play a part, but not the major part? Why do they only want to talk about guns? The clue to that is in the agenda.

  26. Now they pretend that they always wanted to talk about responsible arms legislation, but they've blocked it blocked it blocked it every time. with their empty endless combative rhetoric.

  27. I keep hearing, "The NRA wants this and the NRA will never agree to that…" so my question is, how did the NRA get so powerful that they can manipulate the US government?

  28. Why do they always defer to Chicago when they want to justify gun laws being waste of time? Its a tired argument tbh

  29. @3:42 It has to be federal. Indianna is on the border of CHICAGO . You can get a assault rifle in the drive thru.

  30. alisyn all you do is talk over your guest. Just keep your mouth shut and they maybe able to answer your questions….you trying overpower people with your own view points ISNT helping anyone.

  31. "Give us some credit." For what? You've done nothing but sow hate and set back civil rights in your attempt to "Make America great again." When is this fictional time that America was "greater" than it was before this presidency. Then of course you have this manufactured "economic rise" that the middle and lower class have received no benefits from. The only thing that's happened is the rich got richer and it's perfectly fine to discriminate against unwed mothers, the lgbtq+ community, and I'm sure you'll find a way to lump the Jewish and Muslims in there somehow. Oh and that American dream thing we've promised to people from these "shit hole" countries is modified to "we'll only help you if you can help us." Also this claim of the bible belt having a stronger sense of morality when our age of consent is 16 and the majority of rapes and molestation's are focused right in this belt by those people sitting right next to you in church every week, not from immigrants or Transgender people simply wanting equal rights and the freedom to have their own beliefs.

  32. We will just buy more guns every time you talk about taking them.
The right is to arm yourself to protect our us from a leftist commie socialist government.

  33. I'm not even in the NRA. I dare you to come for my guns. You have no idea how much support the NRA has from people who aren't even signed up. This will destroy you.

  34. I fucking hate this shit . How am I supposed to move on if I can't even get a job because of you. I stuck here . I hate this shit. I absolutely want nothing to do with this buckshot anymore. But I'm stuck here broke unable to get away from you fucking idiots

  35. You liberals live in a false world. There are no safe spaces, you’re not taking our guns, you use kids to push you’re agenda, and you are all basically on you’re hands and knees begging for a civil war.

  36. Any mention of Joe Biden's son profitting 1.5B dollars in deals with China during the reign of the criminal Chimp ? ….2nd Amendment since 1791…..Mass murdering Millenials since 1999, coinciding with the rise of Liberal Progressives and their Masters, Big Pharma.

  37. Bump stocks have been banned.. WHEW!!! LOL. I wonder what will be banned next month? Is there a Vegas betting line? Fckn clowns.

  38. CNN will kill more americans than guns if they keep lying to America. Stop this media giant from spreading more lies

  39. THEY NEED TO DO MORE IN BACKGROUND CHECKS BECAUSE THEY ARE GOING TO FIND REASONS NOT TO ALLOW YOU TO YOUR RIGHT . WHO DETERMINES IF YOUR UNFIT? WHO MAKES THESE DECISIONS? THEY ARE CENSORING GUNS ON YOUTUBE, THE BANKS ARE DENYING LOANS, SCHOOL ARE PUNISHING KIDS FOR EVEN SPEAKING ABOUT GUNS…. WHAT THEY FIGURE IF WE CANT REPEAL IT THEN WE WILL GO ABOUT IT OUR WAY. THESE BACKGROUND CHECKS ARE AN INVASION TO ALL YOUR PRIVACY AND THEY NEED REASONS TO SAY THEY DONT TRUST YOU . FUCK CNN AND FUCK THESE PIGS. THE SAME STATION SAID IF YOU HAVE GUNS YOU ARE OKAY WITH KILLING CHILDREN… REMEMBER . SO NOW SAYING YOU HATE AMERICA IS BAD RIGHT . FUCK THESE STUPID , AGENDA PUSHING SHEEPS

  40. What kind of parents would feel comfortable with their children attending schools where teachers are armed. Are you kidding me?

  41. That’s not true?!
It’s not true that gun controlled areas have higher crime statistics?! THIS IS WHY CNN HAS HORRIBLE RATINGS BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO TELL THE TRUTH!

  42. In the 2016 debate, Hilary blamed Abraham Lincoln for her lies, Alysin in this interview, is blaming Indiana for Chicago's sky-high murder rate . Bass-ackwards, whacky liberal "logic" much???

    Alysin just makes $#!∆ up.

  43. This women’s ignorance is so annoying!! She does not live in reality. She is saying taking away your 2nd amendment right is not taking away your freedom. Liberals would rather the government have more control of our freedoms I do not. Violence against one another has occurred since the beginning of time, well before the advent of firearms. I personally do not want to give up my freedoms to any government, I do not trust them enough to do that. Preventing law abiding citizens from owning firearms for personal protection will not make this world a safer place. Criminals will always find away to obtain firearms illegally.

  44. it's illegal to buy guns from indiana without an indiana ID. So even if chicago is getting guns from indiana they're getting it illegal. So gun control laws to chicago doesn't matter, since they're not following the law anyway.
